Spinach Cream Pasta
We prepare this pasta by boiling fresh durum wheat penne until it is perfectly tender. Then, we gently toss it in a rich cream sauce made with fresh garlic, grated parmesan cheese, and young spinach leaves that we wilt slowly on low heat. It is seasoned with sea salt and cracked black pepper to bring out the simple, rustic flavors of the ingredients.
